All functions will be on Saturday Sept 26 and Sunday 27.  No functions of Friday.

Rooms arrangements for the Holiday Inn Express.  There are 10 rooms, 5 King and 5 Double Queen, so get your reservations made soon.
Rate for Friday and Saturday nights will be $119 plus tax per night.
For those arriving Thursday the night the rate will be their regular rate.

24 Hour Cancellation policy.

 

DEADLINE:  September 15, 2026 is the reservation deadline to cancel the Room Block.  Any rooms not reserved by this date, will go back to the hotel and will be booked at the then current rate.
